Marina Mary Vuljaj

Marina Vuljaj is an immigration and criminal defense attorney at Stacer PLC (Plymouth, Michigan). She has experience handling a variety of immigration and criminal defense matters including family visas, work visas, civil infractions, and misdemeanor charges.

Coming from a family of immigrants and seeing the opportunities afforded by, and struggles of, the immigration system is what motivated Marina to attend law school. It is also what continues to be the driving force behind her dedication to serving those who seek a new life in America.

Marina graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a dual degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She received her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and became licensed to practice in Michigan in November 2018. While in law school, Marina gained experience in assisting immigrants in obtaining DACA, VAWA, and other forms of relief at the Asylum & Immigration Law Clinic.

Marina is a member of the Women's Lawyers Association of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

In her free time, Marina enjoys working out, exploring new restaurants in Detroit, and finding the next ‘happy hour.'
