Mr. Stacer is the founder and manager of Stacer, PLC law firm. Mr. Stacer is a highly rated trial lawyer in Michigan with over 18 years of experience in private practice. Mr. Stacer and his associates represent individuals and companies from all parts of the world and nationwide in immigration matters and federal and state prosecutions cases.

Mr. Stacer is a Federal Court CJA (Criminal Justice Act) panel attorney and court appointed defendant counsel attorney for the 18th District Court, 21st District Court, 35th District Court, 44rd District Court and 45th District Court, having appeared in various State of Michigan district and circuit courts, Federal Court (both districts in the State of Michigan and 6th Circuit Court of Appeals) handling civil and criminal matters, as well as Immigration Court matters, including trials each of these levels.

In his immigration law practice, he handles cases involving issues such as deportation defense, citizenship, family and employment based visas, denaturalization and immigration litigation. He also guides non-citizens through the justice system when they are charged with a crime.
